  1. Holy smokes that's a first.
  2. can so relate to the sanding Anytime on the kudos
  3. Well you want the armor to float on your body a bit, if that helps.
  4. Round off what you can't see
  5. I suggest removing most this Ab return edge first. Post another photo afterwards.
  6. Well on your way, looking good Kyle.
  7. Remove a good majority of the return edge at the top corner. This will help prevent splitting in the event you don't soften the plastic enough.
  8. No disrespect to the GML but I'm not exactly sure why he would say bring the bells down lower. So long as they cover the outer 2/3s you should be fine. Heck in quite a few scenes biceps were below the bells. Anyway, gotta do whatcha gotta do I guess.
  9. You could round off the lower edge and eliminate any chaffing, other than that welcome to the real trooping world
  10. Another spectacular build thread.
  11. More canon shots
  12. After seeing your photos this is what I was after, something was off I just couldn't tell with the other photos. As Dan mentioned try shifting the inner thigh side up. this should help resolve some of the upper alignment also. If you look at the following canon reference photo take note of the lower edge offset.
  13. Interesting, well keep up the good work
  14. Thanks for the kudos. People helped me get started with my first TK, now I'm just paying it forward. THT
  15. 2/16 aka1/8" will do
  16. lol sorry, roughly 12" per side leaving extra to trim EDIT: never seen this material in an Anovos kit
  17. For the shoulder covers and required for Centurion Reference photo
  18. Awesome, congrats
  19. I've seen a few RS suits being built and I don;t recall the thigh offset being that great. Maybe it's a photo angle issue. Do you have a photo of the section from the front with no clamps .
