  1. Will do, boss. By the end of this week, I think you'll have all the photos you can stand (and them some).
  2. The only on-screen reference I've seen at all so far is the one-second shot of the troopers standing in formation at the main base, when they do an about face to witness ... whatever it is they are witnessing. Shield Trooper is on the far right of the formation near the back, and if you freeze-frame it and zoom in close you can see one of the greeblies on the shield.
  3. I did a color comparison to my completed TFA armor, and there is (IMO) a significant difference in the color shading. So I'll be painting my shield using the paints that were recommended for use on the TFA builds. Rust-Oleum Ultra Cover 2x Primer (FLAT WHITE) Rust-Oleum Ultra Cover 2x Ultra Cover Paint+Primer (WHITE GLOSS) Rust-Oleum Ultra Cover 2x Ultra Cover Paint+Primer (BLACK SEMI-GLOSS)
  4. This makes me SO happy!
  5. I absolutely plan on doing so, but it won't be until early next year once things slow down a bit and I can finally get to work on it.
  6. Depends on the garrison and/or squad. Some do, others don't. The best thing to do is contact your local garrison and ask.
  7. Notch under the vertical ab buttons aside, that's exactly what I thought when I saw the photo earlier today.
  8. That's what I'm thinking as well. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  9. Also, what was it like to troop with it this weekend?
  10. Is this what you mean? I modified my Anovos holster by drilling it out via a dremel so that the gun mounting screws (as shown in the picture) slide right in.
  11. That wasn't my experience. I found my print guy via 3DHubs and I uploaded all of the files used via their interface. The Glock-17 model especially looks like a weapon. If you want, I can PM you the contact information of the maker I used and you can contact him directly.
  12. Matched up with Germain's F-11D printed blaster: ] ]
  13. Finished up the sidearm today.
  14. Mine cost me $102 with shipping. If you can beat that, then you probably have a market waiting for you.
  15. Yeah ... it now applies to ALL events and ALL regions. http://www.501st.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=68&t=80612
  16. Website says Jan 2016.
  17. Mine came yesterday. From the time I placed the order to the time it arrived took eight days - which coming from the UK is lightning fast. It's definitely thicker than your standard UnderArmor-type compression gear - more like t-shirt thickness - but still stretchy. I ordered an XL and it fits perfectly.
  18. Work in progress. Modded Nerf gun in comparison. Need to add the small detail screws, the large thigh holster mounting screws (which I'll probably just take from the Nerf gun), and the red detail that goes on the other side.
  19. I'm waiting on the 1/6 scale Hot Toys version.
  20. Mine is mounted inside of my chestplate, with the speaker facing outward. From normal speaking distance (3 - 6 feet), you cannot tell that my amplified voice is coming from my chest versus my helmet.
  21. Because MORE REFERENCE PHOTOS!!! http://www.theforceawakensblog.com/50-the-force-awakens-battle-props-in-close-up/
  22. Pretty sure the guys over at SpecOps are working on that one.
  23. Now that they are openly selling the undersuit on their website, can we move this thread to the open TFA area?
  24. Just ordered mine as well. I ordered an XL based on the sizing chart. Paid the same price as Bryan, which is a LOT more than I'm used to paying for a TK undersuit but I figured it's worth it for the accuracy. Here is the text of the email they sent me: Hi Brian I’ve added it to our site ------------------- The ep7 gloves will be available soon too Regards Russ Regards Richard
