  1. yes sir. those shoulder bells were all over the place. waiting for E6000 to dry to see if I havr fixed it the last strapping was CRAP. I hate waiting for stuff to dry.
  2. Thanks Again Glen! im gonna be working at this for awhile, onward to EIB and such, but it feels better now that its starting to look like something.
  3. how far up do the thighs need to go? an inch? a foot? are they close? lol
  4. By the way, about how many ridges should be on the chest plate?
  5. Those darned thighs! might be coming apart again. I WILL get the right someday! the shoulder traps are not going to be a problem they were just tacked on so i will make the adjustment. shoulder bells are an issue im working on, trying all sorts of strapping to get them to stay forward. the biceps dig into my arm at both ends. they end about an inch above the black strap from the bells but the strap (you cant see) covers it up. neext wil be the clamshell closure for the ab and to try to keep the back plate in place, difficult when you cant see whats going on back there, as im sure you all know. thanks for the advice Glen I will get back to work and let you know.
  6. Great idea. looks good to me the kids will love it.
  7. gonna finnish this TK first but want to add other costumes to my collection later. Including Pilot. Her is how the Lid sits as of right now, not very happy with it, going to redo it in the near future.
  8. maybe I should have made the pilot first, black is thinning, and layers help too. lol but seriously I really want to do a pilot I love the helmet.
  9. Personally I think you will be just fine. will cross my fingers for you.
  10. Looks great! The snap idea should work, if not its drill out the old snaps and add a peice of plastic behind the belt female as a spacer... great work so far.
  11. Looking good! first time I ever tiried to make a mold was some years ago, took me forever to get it right.. you have done well. maybe I will try it again someday... cant wait to see how this turns out. Where did you pick up that Poyo silicone putty, they didnt have that when I made molds. wouldnt mind picking some up and playing with it myself,
  12. Great Job! once again, Most impressive. gotta love a tinkerer man after my own heart.
  13. I am seriously considering that Skullworx setup in my lid, I like it
  14. Very nice indeed! good luck sir.

  16. Perfect! all fixed. Thanks again. should line up the drop boxes with the outer edge also, correct? easy enought to fix.
  17. third times the charm? I can still move the rivet plate if need be.
