I was wondering if there is any side by side comparisons of each armor type when they are finished. If not, you think someone could make one? It would be useful in comparing the differences and deciding which i prefer.

I was considering a snow trooper but the blizzard force forums are DEAD. The people that they sent me to buy armor from haven't responded to my emails either. I like the liveliness of the FISD

well in my OP i was mainly asking to see what use I would get out of it if I did lay down the money since I can't join the legion yet. Then I made a couple follow up questions, while doing charity work with you guys would be awesome, I'm not sure if I would be able to suit up and do it with you guys until 2015 :/

Yeah, I saw the Galactic Academy page, but it felt like it was focused on really young kids. And I didn't see much organization to it, or a forum. And I would say i'm an average body type, i'm not overweight. I'm currently 5' 8" although i might end up with another couple inches over the years.

So do you guys think it would be worth it for me to get the costume right now? I still have 3 years until I can formally join the Legion.

I was wondering, why do you members spend all this money on and build your armor? What do you use it for? I'm not old enough to join the Legion yet so for me it would be laying down $1,300 for a cool halloween costume/room decoration. Since i'm not a legion member I can't go to troops, and I don't go to things like Pax or DragonCon. Is there any other uses I could get out of it? What do you all use it for, because it is an awfully big investment.

Hey, I was directed to ask my questions to the detachments directly since the answers to my questions would vary greatly depending on the type of armor. If this is in the wrong section, please move it to the spot that it belongs in. Ok, now to the questions, *Please note, the specific type of stormtrooper armor i'm talking about is ANH Stunt. 1.) How expensive is it to build a suit of armor? 2.) How long does it take? 3.) How difficult is it?(this is probably a stupid question, its obvious you put a lot of work into your armor) 4.) What tools/supplies do you use? 5.) Can I have someone build a set for me? Although, depending on the answers I could attempt making my own. 6.) All those questions, but for an E-11 rifle.
