I downloaded the template from the builders club and got a 4' piece of 1-1/4" pvc schedule 40 pipe. Next was getting the resin parts. Instead of a Doopy Doos pipe build kit my father had some molds, so he made the parts for me. Assembly started I made a bolt out of some 1" pipe so it would fit nice and snug into the chamber I fit a pin into the cocking lever for support. I also put extra support through the barrel into the clip and housing. The grip has two gripper screws for extra support also. Here is the final assembly. I went to lowes and got a 8' piece of humigrid ceiling tilr track and cut it down for t-track's. Once I cut them down I just dipped the ends in boiling water so they would bend with ease. A little straightening and sanding and they looked ok. Ready for paint. A flat prime coat. The final 3 gloss coats. Ok, any and all criticism welcome. Be gentle

Hey Carlos, I am glad you could reminisce. I feel the same way about this place! I mean just amazing. This place is why i really wanted my armor. I heard about the village from my wife, she works at Disney. I thought it would be so cool to show up as a stormtrooper and put some smiles on some faces. I called them up and they told me the 501st already does that.So I researched the 501st. That is when I found out what great things the legion does. Well I had to get approvable armor and join. I was so happy during that troop. It is a good thing people can not see you behind the helmet because I got choked up several times.
