  1. it should look like this to be accurate. ma AP lid http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc436/drsenf/image-26.jpg[/img] http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc436/drsenf/image-27.jpg[/img] http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc436/drsenf/image-28.jpg[/img] http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc436/drsenf/image-29.jpg[/img] http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc436/drsenf/image-30.jpg[/img] maybe now you know what i mean with leaning forward and backwards, he just switched left and right. does nobody else realize? are we just german nitpicker??? i think its a detail wich should not be overseen since the tubestripes are a key detail of the lid. otherwise its a nice build, slimmer thights, ammo belt fixed, stripes redone and its a nice Centurion. Regards Dr.
  2. Lol we re talking about different things here. Of course are the curves correct. Nobody would apply them the wrong way. My first thought was he put the one for the left side on the right side like i did on my ap in the beginning. Like this: http://1.1.1.2/bmi/i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc436/drsenf/image-24.jpg They re switched and leaning backwards. And on the ap lid you cannot apply all stripes due to its small size.
  3. I think its lost in translation ; ) I mean it looks on the view from the left that the stripes are lower close to the ear than in the front. But the frontpic shows that the angle is actually right. So my fault. Dr.
  4. From what i can see so far, from my mobile browser is that the tubestripes are wrong applied. They re leaning backwards but they should lean forward. And the ammo belt need some more trimming. Regards Dr.
  5. OK well done! For the twisted Biceps down and ten for the Garrison!! And your badge already on your profile?????? F....g hell dude thats fast!! i had to wait 4 !!!! days!!
  6. I have to say that looks like a proper clean build mate! Are your arms that long? it looks a bit odd, the space between forearmarmor and wrists. And we will oversee the little twist on your bizeps hehehe! No really, nice clean build i cant see anything stopping you from becoming the next ESB Centurion in the German Garrison. Lets see if Locitus agrees ,
  7. As i said" nice build" I think we understand each other. I was just wondering why somebody should post a refference pic in a thread for centurion. EIB - ok, but till here it should be clear imho. So no hard feelings i am just picky and proud on my build and of course i got alot of help myself, but, before eib and centurion. Like we agree that has to be earned. Wish you no luck cause after fixing those minor details you deserve it and you ll get it! No luck needet
  8. And i think the standarts are still not high enough or there should be another level for people to go topnotch nuts on accuracy. So my apologies if you feel treated bad from my side. Nice build btw. At the end its a hobby
  9. I said dont take it in a bad way. I am always helping wherever i can trust me. I want to give tips and hints anytime to troopers in need. BUT Helping newbees or beginners is one thing serving pics to troopers who want to get the highest level is a bit odd to me. Especially when its a simple detail like the batterypack. Would have been so easy to just check the centurionthreads before yours wouldnt it? I got alot of times told of by fellow troopers to ask simple things wich are clearly in front of my nose and they were right. In my opinion you ve to earn centurion status since its a value for trooper who put in a bit more and researched and gone into detail. Its not just throwing some plastic together and i got 501st approved and then asking my way up to the next level, You just asked for one pic and actually i overreacted but i am a bit upset how some people just want to do minnimum work for maximum results. (that doesnt include you) For me the status is loosing more and more of its glamour
  10. C'mon dude! You want to become a centurion and you have no idea where to find good reference pics??????? Sorry but then theres something wrong here. Dont mean it in a bad way but you should be able to find them easily and know the requierements and defenetly walk the extra mile! That means search as much info as needet and not post and then get all the info served. Centurion has to be earned not served. My opinion.
  11. i bend it backwards and fit it before i secured it with a screw on the backsight. a drop of e6000 and it holds pretty well even with original hengstler and real scope attached.
  12. With kinda sloppy builds. It should be a reward to get this badge. And not easy to achieve, that makes it special to us. Trust me if you get it spot on people will realize and honor it. If you show up with this armor and tell people its centurionlevel they will either not believe you or have the feeling its not worth any efford since its a "normal build" and not special. Dont take it in a bad way but i want to keep the value of this badge high cause i spend loads of time and money and blood to reach it. Thanks for your understanding and consider redoing some parts please.
  13. Finally !!!! Its a build wich needs some improvement and some fixes but generally not a bad one. Its all said and actually clearly stated in the requirements. Centurion means go the extra mile to make it exeptional good and accurate so pls guys go it. I dont mean it in a bad way so please dont shoot me but for people who really went the long stoney way of getting it spot on its frustrating to see the number of centurions grow fast the last couple of month
  14. Right. But you were asked to use u trim? On my AP i have to say the s trim looks million times better. And my eyes are like yours and i like the odd shape of them.
  15. I think the vocoder could do with a bit more paint at some places. The outer ones look to short in opinion.
  16. Is my browser doing silly things right now on my phone or is the no rivet sniperplatepic missing? Nice built though!!!
  17. Such a lucky B......!!! : )
  18. Dont get me wrong its just my opinion and the last words are spoken by the responsible people here in FISD. I like the efford and your skills to scratchbuild a blaster and like i said its not that bad. But as you know EIB and Centurion are the certificates for people who go the extra mile to get details spot on. For trooping your Blaster is alright no doubt but i think its not good enough to represent "the extra mile" Dont be frustratet just because i said my sight of things. I have no descision in this case. You might get eib anyway since the people who take those descisions like your project and i will not fight their final words but i think since we re all part of the 501st wich is known as the most recognizable costumeclub we should keep the standarts for eib and centurion high enough to "honor" the people who put in more then the usual work and efford in their costumes to represent the 501st. I hope you know what i mean and dont feel bad about it!!! Keep your head high and maybe put some more sweat and blood into your e11 and it will be great i am sure. Best Dr.Senf
  19. sorry to be the A..hole. but for me its far away from being a pass. its a nice scratchbuild Blasterthingy but actually it has not really something to do with a e11 in my opinion. Its good to be a Blaster for trooping ok i ll give you that but for ELITE !!!!!!!!!!! infantry???? Cmon Guys dont let the standarts drop that far!!!! I dont mean it in a bad way but lets be fair to Kirk, thats just not even close to EIB. As always.... just my 2 ct Edit, sometimes its not just getting the requirements sortet its the complete appearance of Armor and weapons that is important aswell. Sorry kirk dont take it personal.
