Thanks everyone.
Locitus, when you get a chance you should update your fantastic summary of what we know was used on the original ANH suits. The 25mm width for the butt to cod armor piece strap is missing.

Completing the finishes touches on my build and wanted to confirm the width of the strap that connects the butt and cod pieces? I'm assuming 25 mm (0.98 in), but wanted to double check. Thanks in advance.
I've recently used all three; clear, white, and black E6000 on various armor and resin greeblie parts and didn't notice any strength differences when I physically had to pull some of the items apart.
Nasuki3,
Before you make any changes, why don't you ask your GML if the boots you purchased are acceptable, once they are painted white? After all they will be the one's approving your complete TK /TD when it is time.
piklz36 posted a link on how to remove paint from a helmet on page 1 of your thread. Here is the link again: http://www.whitearmor.net/forum/topic/19815-dry-paint-removal-the-right-way/?hl=%2Bpaint#entry242105%C2%A0
Yep. As far as I know, Moncal is the only one that is offering the Mechanical Crewman helmet. I do know others that have made their own with a navy MKII helmet and added a commbox and chincup, but then the costume would no longer be an "easy" costume
The cheapest and easiest is the IC: Mechanical Crewman:

You just need 3 items; 1) boots, 2) dark blue jump suit, and 3) Mechanical Crew helmet. No gloves, belt, or comm like other Imperial Crewman costumes.
