Sounds like the aerosol needs more mixing. Also the temperature will have an effect on it curing.

Stitch all the outer holes to the strap. As Tony says a dab of glue once done will secure them.Ok so ok I have my RS fully commissioned armor but on the 2nd time I put it on I nudist the buttons on both shoulders that bottons to the arms Is falling off what is the best way to sow it back on... due to the fact I am not sure how. It has six holes.

Yeah. Line up the bottom of the left, and top of the right.Right thigh lined up good, left one is off by about an inch, assuming I should line up the bottom and let top fall as pictured?

Hello and welcome!
I agree with all of the above. There are plenty of other bits to prepare. I completely agree with getting the e11 done, it can be a time consuming build. Along with ordering the extras such as neck seal boots cloves etc, source your poppers and begin making those snap plates. The lid and internal electronics are also something you could be getting on with also.
