Troopacoola replied to Troopacoola's topic in Electronics for Helmets / Blasters
Here is an example of the electronics installed Sent from my SM-A165F using Tapatalk -
Hi everyone! This is my new addition to the Troopacoola family! System features: Microswitch trigger button Rotary selector to switch between live fire or stun and safety. Stun and live fire audio sounds Loading sound and verbal message when switching settings between live, stun and safety modes Green led flash indicating a change in fire mode. Breathing animated scope led to indicate current fire mode. Animated led strip Animated muzzle led. (Not in video- but it's there!) Usb c charging port Charging and charged led indicators Yes, we could add screens. Yes, we could add various profiles etc. But, we are keeping it simple and easy to use. So, no complex menus to cycle through just flick it on and off you go! Troopacoola#troopacoola #stormtrooper View the full demo video here Sent from my SM-A165F using Tapatalk

did i kill my blastfx kit?
Troopacoola replied to merch91's topic in Electronics for Helmets / Blasters
It will have been ordered via Paul at Tramp as I do not supply blasters with electronics. I just supply the blaster kits for him. So, he does the assembly as well as the BlastFX installation. Marc Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk -

Looking forward to seeing the blaster build! Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk -
Loving the effect of cold casting and the result when the black paint is buffed back to reveal the brass! Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

More cold casting done. This time, the counter. Casting had a single coat of flat black and then a little buff to take it back Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Hi everyone, it's been a while! So, as always I have been looking to improve on my builds. Recently I have been working on cold casting the scopes. Step 1 was to cold cast in brass Step 2 was to overlay with a coat of matt black Step 3 was to buff the black back Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Rivet detail Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk -
Hello all! I thought I would share my latest blaster. It is cast from my original MGC sterling. It has a steel receiver, along with metal components such as tension pins, C-clips and posts etc. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Here you go! My kits are cast from my sterling. In this video it shows how to assemble the stock. Just ignore the parts where I use adhesive. Hope this helps Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

I Knew someone would spot that sir! This was a pic of the prototype. The released version does come with all rivets present.

DA props are well known in the UK, before he relocated to France. Have a look on facebook for his page "the shed of glittering delights" Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk -
That's what I did with mine. Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

These promo pics show the ground down muzzle, and removed ring mount. It also looks like the mag housing details have been removed except the release button on top

Which are you going to build Joseph? The hero or Pugman style? Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Here is a quick demo of the BlastFX in action... Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Lastly was just a case of fitting the remaining components, a little touch up of paint and weathering. I went for a textured undercoat too Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk

Hi everyone! Thought I would post some pics of my cleaned up version of the Pugman. Thanks to Mark at Sheartech who kindly allowed me to use his casts as a base to produce sharper casts moving away from the "rough and ready" version. Hope you like, and as always any suggestions and feedback are welcome! Marc Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
