Hi Guys n Gals Got my ROM FX last week, i have a troop this weekend, I got a box for MYR1.50 thats about 40cents USD. Did some Dremel work, and got the rom/fx fit into the box with battery. I have painted the box, and would go on my belt with the Aker AMP! Yes,they can be side by side. I dont have any audio problems with them being close together.

Also, what primer did you use?!? i notice that you painted the parts before putting them together.If i do that, would the part stick well with the paint? I have Rustoleum Flat Back,and Satin and i also have silver for the first layer before i put the black on it. So do i need it primer, if so which one did you use?thanks Terry

Thanks mate. So for the back hinge, i just drill through the blaster, and put a screw in and drill the hinge part of the doopy doo, and secure it right?

Hi All This is where i have go to so far! still need to paint the Doopy and glue everything! I am going for E6000 glue, but might try Pandatrooper technique if i can get the blaster a part! I cant with the scope there! Please give your expert advice and comments! thanks Do we put glue all the way on the stock? they dont fit flush on the body, just above the trigger!

I just got my ROM/FX. I tested it!! my my!! that guys is really really smart! It works just like the movies. I have an AKER 1506 amp together and it works amazingly well. You will need to do the adjustment, on how much volume on the ROM and the Aker. How loud you will need to speak before the burst kicks in and all! but trully cant wait for my first troop with this. I got the RAW board, since i already had the amp. I am going to build a case for the board and battery and its gonna sit beside my AKER Amp on my belt! The wires that you need for the ROM FX has already been included in the Aker Amp i have so i didnt have to buy anything extra. Soon when my AP helmet comes, i will try and get the sound of the MIC Tips!! dont have a trik toy or Hyperdyne, but this works well for me. I saw a thread on ICOMS- imperial communications! i might buy one to test! thanks PS: and John from ROMFX was very very nice!!

Hi, I used a score and snap method for the armor, for thick and curves i used a Dremel As for Glue!! you wont go wrong with E6000. Mine was however, and AM FX armor. Thanks

Hi Guys and gals I need to build a hasbro blaster, and was wondering, which paint is best to use. I Gloss or matt black? I would prefer rustoleum, but if i cant find that, i will need to buy Krylon I notice that a coat of Silver is needed and then rust color for the scope before i put the black paint on? thanks for your kind advice.

Look at the manual that came with the armour, it explains on how to see which is which. Take your time with the build mate, and take it really slow. Before you glue use masking tape and see how it fits.

Maybe troop with it first, then when you start to feel the pinch, you can figure out where to remove the return edge. I removed a bit at the back, as it was pinching me when i walked. I did mine by following TKrestonva and Pandatroopers build that did not overlap,but used 2 pieces of cover strip (inside and outside)

Thank you guys! Appreciate the help. I been to Blaster Build, I have a drilled tube. I think i will drill a new one with reduction of 10%. Is that something i an do when printing the blueprint?thanks

Hi Guys/Gals Need help,can you post a E11 diameter at 100% so i can put the tube i have on the computer screen and see if i have the right size. I have it as 1.25inch pipe some call it 1 1/4 but somehow the doopydoo ejection bolt dont fit, its lose I know its a long shot, if anyone is kind enough to post, good...if not it is ok...too thanks in advance

try using the sanding bit on the dremel and make the holes a but larger, that might reduce the chip?
