  1. 163mm for the slot for the charging handle on both of mine.
  2. OD of the MGC is 35mm. I just measured mine.
  3. Ok, hope this helps. I can't find anything to take the angle for you in person but here's some pictures of the stock. If you need anymore just ask. I've got a spare, new one in a draw somewhere that I'll dig out. It's just it's late over here and it's easier to find the SMGs. This is the slot in to which the stock locks on the body of the Sterling. This is the latch that moves back and forward as you move the butt plate. The butt plate slides across the arm with the 'ooooo's in it. There is a sprung plate inside to hold it in place. To release it and collapse the stock you press this plate.
  4. Try LSFU with modified coveralls, I think that would be your best bet. Alternatively, Custom Props do one in black or orange but it has a very good level of accuracy but I don't know if they'd do blue.
  5. The one's the sandies had, where they cut the back off the body of the gun and replaced it with a metal cast. They did the same with the grip. The barrel was replaced with a wooden dowl and the trigger was removed.
  6. I can. I've got bits for enough E11s already, I think I just need another M19 and a sight off an Umarex, then I need to build them. But it's got to the point that for completeness I'm even thinking of doing the Tunisia-style one. I'm obsessed, help! I can also confirm those measurements you put up Vern, just measured a Sterling.
  7. Mr Allinger, at approx. 50 seconds, says that the scope is a new addition as part of the restoration and was not part of the on screen E-11 so I wouldn't worry too much.
  8. Yeah, it should. You could try taking the connector part off then pushing from up through the bottom or trying to push it down gradually, one side at a time, with a knife or something similar. There is also a latch on these as there is on the metal ones, it's just not as obvious. Is it possible that this could have snapped off and be wedged in? I know on my metal sockets they've become stuck in the past and that an aggressive wiggle sorts it every time.
  9. Thanks Michael, now I get it. Having a sloooooooooooowwww day.
  10. Thanks for the help so far guys. I'm a bit confused on the rear attachment to the sight though. Could someone put a photo up showing the way Vern suggested. Thanks.
  11. I just know the answer for this has to be on this site somewhere but I've gone through every thread with 'magazine' in it and still can't find it. Sooooo...roughly how long should total length of the magazine be?
  12. That's good enough for me. It only needs to be an example of a possible use. Thanks
  13. I know this is a weird one but does anyone know what Hengstler's were used for in real life? I'm trying to find a picture of a machine that would use one for a different E-11 display but every time I search I just get linked to SW sites.
  14. I've decided to turn the deac that I'm getting into an ESB blaster if only to use my m32 BUT it's an old spec and I'd like to keep it so it's fully strippable including the rail. I know I can get Chicago screws which give the appearance of rivets but as far as I'm aware the shank is to thick to pass through the rear sight. Anyone got any suggestions as to alternatives? Thanks
  15. Pics...I always forget the pics! Here you go, this is the one screw Eagle. I'll grab a comparison shot later.
  16. I got some counters through the other day and have just noticed there are three styles of Eagle counter; one with 'HENGSTLER' written on it, one with the eagle and two screws visible through the socket and another with only one screw visible through the socket. The eagles on the two counters without 'HENGSTLER' written on them are also different. Were all of these used on E-11s or just the two screw Eagle and the one with 'HENGSTLER' on it?
  17. Whilst it's out of stock at the minute they have it here: http://www.jespares.com/electric-models?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=6282&category_id=552
  18. Wow! Cheers for the photo and the tip. If you find those others could you let us know. They would be the grail of reference material for this costume.
  19. Yeah, the rest are all CGI but this one is real. The front of the mask is a 3M 6800/6900 respirator, the boots are Frank Thomas Armasports and, I think, that bit going over the grill bit on the nose is part 75 of the Revell V-8 kit.
  20. I think they only appear on specific models and they're really common on older cars. I don't have them on mine and can't find a match on the internet. Thanks for the offers of help guys, much appreciated!
  21. There is a found part on the helmet of the Clone Firefighter that is believed to come from a door jamb vent. If you have these on your vehicle could please have a look for me and post if it is or isn't a match to the part on this guys cheek. If you think I'm barking up the wrong tree please tell me. Thanks Picture courtesy of Banzai88 on CTN.
