On every end of every cover strip? Looking at the high-rez promo trooper pic, some ends look like they are neither 45'd or rounded.

On the cover strips: The corners notched at a sharp 45 or rounded?

I am not afraid of cracking it. The ABS is strong and flexible. Since I am not going to paint it, it is making me paranoid as I can't easily fix something I FUBAR.

Progress report as of 03/13/2011 (no pics): -Right and left shins cut out and tacked together. -Shoulder bells trimmed and sanded. -Drop boxes trimmed and sanded. Drop box backs trimmed and fitted. ETA: How do you guys get these things done so quick?? I need to find more time in the day to fit in time to work on this kit!
