Adding the red.....using sprayglue but incase I want to redo it`s just a matter of tearing it off so no worries there.

My favorite is the outtake where they all fall over each other entering the cell block. Ammo belts falling off and everything. My pictures are up in the pre approval section. 501st Garrison approval is next and then hopefully some trooping pictures soon. I agree with you that the imperfections of the armor are part of the fun.

It did fail....Alot. I have no pics at the moment but just watch the prison halway scene and Luke`s shoulder is missing in one cut and back the next.....and in ESB carbon freeze sceen when the Troopers enter, shoulders are at their knees....well..not really but you`ll get the jist oh...and not to mention the Tantive boarding party....shins popping open like they are paid to do that still we build like that cause it`s what they did way back when, I tread carefully in order to look my best when suited up and no armor fails to date...should I go fighting rebels I would need to reinforce the strapping like crazy Anyway, god luck with your build and looking forward seeing you kitted up

TD time today (the SDS clips are too skinny and offset much too far from the end caps, so needed replacing, and the screws weren't black)

You will find with shoulders it's best to have attaching points closer to the front, this helps pull in the shoulders at rest. But if what you have works then stick with it

Well I'm just about at the spot to be able to wear this thing properly, and just in time for comic con. Got the thighs glued earlier and the thigh garter belt system done today, and started gluing the front of the shins. I also hand sewed on the snaps connecting the shoulder bells to the shoulder straps, and put the biceps and the bells together by attaching it at the back and using a hook on the inside following ukswrath's build process, which was very cool! All I have left to do now to get it ready for comic con is finish the shins and do the belt which I can get done tomorrow, after the show I can finish painting the rest of the rivets white and do touchups on the buttons. (Oh, and do the gun.)
