Stutz[501st]
OK, add me to the list of folks who just got their new AP kits. I'll join the club and go ahead and start a thread for the inevitable questions that will arise. I'm sure you've all seen big brown boxes of white plastic before, so I won't bother posting a photo. Nor will I post the video of me squealing like a little girl when the UPS driver pulled up. Some things just aren't meant to be seen. I can already tell this is going to take longer than planned. So many pieces!!! I think i'll take it slow and shoot on having it ready for ComicCon in July. The only reason I'm not totally stressed right now is knowing that you guys are here for me to keep me from making any boneheaded mistakes. Now, where to start... SuperTrooper
Time to start trimming, remember it's better to take too little and redo it, than take too much.
RogueTrooper[TK]
Congrats on getting your AP armor, Dean!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Little advice.... Look at every piece of your armor to make sure it's all there and in good shape. Have all your tools and glue together for your build (spring clamps, E-6000, blue tape sharp scissors, razor knive, ect..) Make a check list to work from. Have a good place to work with lots of light. Go over the tutorials more than once. Don't rush your build. Meansure four times, cut once. And last but not least, have fun and take lots of pics so you can post your build!
