Are these boots good for membership if dyed white?

I found these Timberland boots while surfing for "Jodpur boots". I was thinking of picking them up and dying them white. They have a black sole. It is hard to find "Jodpur boots" here in America in a size 8 1/2.

Personally i would say no, you can find more accurate boots out there. But i would check this with your GML to be safe, as different garrisons have different standards if you get my meaning

Those seem awfully expensive. I'd say you can find better options for a better price with a bit more searching. There are some links in this section already.

there is an impressed logo near the heel and the extra square beneath the front pull loop would show. I wouldn't approve them but I'm not a GML either.
