Hey guys !!

Whilst cleaning out and moving a fishtank from the garage. I found this down in the depths when I used to play for a local team, ermmm, many years ago...

And whilst remembering the good times of being hit and dropping a pass in the endzone, I had a thought and looked inside....

Could I rip this out and put it inside my bucket ?

I think I can, so my question is this...

What would I use to attach it to the inside ?

Cheers

Hot glue or velcro is what I've used. I like velcro so I can replace / clean it more easily.

Pads needing a clean though.....helmet has been untouched in the garage for almost 4 years..

Ripping out the inners isnt the problem. I'll use what I need and put the helmet back together again and put it on display. Its not as if I'll play again....actually...thats definitely not gonna happen !! :)

Im thinking I can utilise the chin strap from the helmet tooo

Now....how to fit the fan in now ;-)

As long as you have padding, it should hold your helmet on your head well, without giving the bobble-head effect.

I wouldn't use the chin strap, so its easier to take off and put the helmet back on.
