Koba 11[501st] Posted September 26, 2025 Report Posted September 26, 2025 Hi! I'm already in the 501st as an ANH TIE Pilot and hoping to expand my range so I can finally be a TK (... I must feel guilty on troops when I'm the one who can sit down anytime I like). Here's my details and photos (and thanks heaps in advance for your time and effort with this) ... Jeremy Lye Outer-Rim Garrison RS Propmasters full commission 6"2 102kg. ANH Hero PHOTOS: 1. Front view - 2. Back view - 3. Left side - 4. Right side - 5. Helmet front - 6. Helmet left - 7. gmrhodes13[Staff] Posted September 26, 2025 Report Posted September 26, 2025 Nice work troop, a couple of minor things. Shoulder straps don't appear to be sitting on the backplate Also Detonator could come down a little Not sure what your helmet padding is like, if thick you may be able to reduce the size and drop the helmet at the back (or lift your head when taking back photos ) Holster for Hero needs to have 4 attachment points Holster Holster is made of black leather or leather-like material. The holster is worn on left side of belt and is attached via two leather or leather-like material straps to the belt from behind instead of front. No loops cover the outside of the belt. The holster is affixed with four fasteners, two on the top, two on the bottom (two per strap). Fasteners may be rivets, snaps, or Chicago screws. Hero Holsters, the following are what are seen on Han and Luke, E-11 style with the 4 rivet attachment, although slightly different Approximate guide I don't see much apart from the belt attachment which will hold you up for base GML approval. For higher levels just watch levels of armor pieces so them match. You would need to fill your ab side seams, not a difficult task just time consuming if using ABS paste Making ABS Paste by kman (Print PDF) Resize Armor with ABS Scaps & Paste by Harbinger (Print PDF) Good luck on approval Quote
justjoseph63[Staff] Posted September 26, 2025 Report Posted September 26, 2025 Other than the adding the 2 extra holster rivets I don't see any major issues for Basic approval, Jeremy. As Glen also mentioned it would help your overall look to adjust the TD and bring your helmet down. Adding the rivets is not hard using a rivet gun and should take you less than 10 minutes. If you don't own one I would check with someone in your Garrison. Do you have padding in the top of the helmet? If so, you may want to try removing it to see if that helps. It may also give you a better field of vision. I noticed a couple of other items that will help your overall look: In the front view, your belt is sitting perfectly (just above the bottom of the large ab-button plate). In the side view it seems to be slipping down a bit. Some Velcro behind the canvas belt will keep it in place! To keep things more symmetrical, I would tighten up the strapping between your left shoulder bell and bicep to keep the bicep from sliding out. I would also suggest lowering the right forearm. This would give you the same gap between the bicep and top of the forearm as seen on your left side (which is spot-on). Last up, (and it could very well be the pics) but the circumference of your right forearm (which looks a little tight) appears to be smaller than on the left one. I doubt it would be a deal breaker for Basic, but something to consider for higher levels. Best of luck on your approval, and if you need any help/advice on adjusting anything, just ask! Quote

R2Chris[TK] Posted September 30, 2025 Report Posted September 30, 2025 Hi Jeremy, Looking good! Let me know if I can help with anything as I have rivets for the holster. I also have the white elastic you can use to keep the shoulder straps down at the back. Chris 2 Quote
