Hi there, I am trying to join the Arch City Squad in Ohio as a Rogue One stormtrooper and am working on the armor. I am pretty new to this and am unsure if this is the right place to ask but I would really appreciate any and all advice to help my helmet get approved. I don’t know how lenient the 501st with these helmets and there are a couple bumps and marks. I want to add some mesh to the mic tips but don’t know if doing that would make it better or if I have to replace them. I really want to be a part of the 501st so any advice would be greatly appreciated.IMG_4516.thumb.jpeg.a19e47e8136ade44c40ccb0982bdbf1c.jpegIMG_4528.thumb.jpeg.fd9895b7e2ffdffa79c2af29409fb36c.jpegIMG_4527.thumb.jpeg.2365c5dcb6ad2385f61b76208e215fde.jpegIMG_4526.thumb.jpeg.88fbb92096b13ecd738c9eef1c0c9484.jpeg

Hi Sebastian,

here are some images of a screen used R1 helmet.

The stand-out to me with your helmet is definitely the tube stripes. They look Jaggard and too narrow, although it could be the angle of the side image.

Some of your tube stripe openings look a little thin. Your cheek traps lines are a little big towards the back. Comparison below

Ultimately it is your GML (garrison membership liaison) who looks after base 501st approval so wouldn't hurt to reach out to him/her/them. You can find local garrisons here https://www.501st.com/members/displayUnits.php
