kiyotei[TK]
For foam, I bought the insulation strips they sell for putting around door jams etc. It comes with one side that already has a sticky side so its easy to install. Its hard to find a double sided tap or glue that sticks to foam. For larger pieces of foam I use double sided carpet tape but it does not hold all types of foam. SuperTrooper
For foam, I've had good luck with hotglue.
