The filling and glue of a armor ?

Recommended Posts

With many of the FO TK kits you need to glue and paint as well as fill in seams etc.

ABS paste is certainly a way to reduce or avoid in some cases, the need to use other bonding and filling agents which require painting over.

Generally you need to keep all your scrap cut offs from trimming your armour, and use some acetone to melt down the ABS pieces to create  ABS paste which is either the same colour as your armour or only a touch off it.

Here is a Link to the thread on ABS paste, have a look and experiment with some scraps to see how it can work.

Of course it will require sanding after applied to give the smooth finish, then some polishing to buff it up to a good shine.
