Firefox not saving cookies or any user history

I've reinstalled and everything, but it still won't save anything. It's more of an annoyance than anything to have to reenter information ALL the time. I've tried adding exceptions and whatnot but nothing I've tried works.

 

Any ideas? Thanks.

re install firefox and make sure your secutity level is set to medium

check your settings. I have mine set not to remember certain stuff.

 

also, which FF version are you using?

I know what worked for me on the MEPD, our sister site, was to login and use the url after you login as your bookmark web address.

I'm using v3.0.3

 

I have the "Always clear my private data etcetc" unchecked.

 

It's doing this for all sites.

In your tools>options>privacy do you have allow 3rd party cookies checked?

Everything is checked on the privacy screen except for clear my private data when I close firefox.

FF and Vista

it worked perfect for long time

 

imo this is a vista problem with saving the data

I had to uninstall and then actually delete the app folder.
