So I sized up my torso first. (Before upper body) Used binder clips to hold everything in place, then made sure I could get in and out of it.

I've opted to go for a fixed, closed, torso instead of doing a split back torso.

As you can see from all the overlapped layers in the armpits. I haven't cut it yet. I marked everything so I know where to cut it and make sure the chest and back will fit over the torso.

Nice work, just don't indulge in those tasting treats, or you won't fit into that torso ;)

I made sure to give some extra room. I test fit it with cargo shorts on. Keys, phone, and wallet in 3 pockets. ;)

Don't forget your neck seal and gaskets are going to take up some space as well.

I was able to get my head through the opening too, but it took a few layers of skin off the ears lol.  Ended up cutting out the front of the yoke to make things easier.

I still want to remove more of the yolk as well.
