Screws on inside of helmet

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone I have finally got my helmet (sorta) assembled!c181830b1bfd5dc33c0c33d11363609c.jpgHowever, I have found that the screws come far out into the helmet, meaning wearing it comes with the added risk of taking out my eyes and ears? b49e16b9a4a14de3adba44f0adfabe2f.jpg8c7d113c0245b547675a4c437c55f78a.jpg7f5105076646f2ddeda7006e0a55d44a.jpgIs there anyway of removing this inherent risk??

I used pliers to cut off the excess then applied some silicon over the tops to cover the sharp ends.

you could also get vacuum line covers from an auto parts store. they are like little rubber sleeves that would go on the end of the screw and stay tight and cover the end. they come in a bunch of sizes
