Professor Why
Hey guys! I am almost finished with my ANOVOS armor but I am looking into modifications for the helmet to increase comfort via foam and or better head strapping as well as increasing structural stability. I am struggling to find threads with the sort of information I am looking for and would love some links. Thanks guys. UPDATE: Resources I find will be put here. dejango[TK]
Best design i've seen for foam in a helmet is cutting a star shaped foam insert about the size of the top of your head, then putting that inside the ceiling of the bucket

DrDataCenter
I also went with the ACH pads for my bucket, but I'm wondering how far forward/back your head should be. Basically, if I positioned the pads the 'correct' way, my eyes would be almost right at the lenses, and my throat is rubbing up against the bottom. Any suggestions from folks on how best to fit the bucket?
