V'Pier[501st]
Greetings Gang, I'm sure some of you have been wondering lately about why the site goes dead from time to time and says something like SQL Error blah blah blah. Well apparently there was a problem with how big the database max storage was, for example, if we have 100megs max storage, and all the combined databases of different detachment sites and their forum's databases add up to more than 100megs, the Database server shuts down and crashes / or protects itself from overflowing, the downside to this is we lose access to the forum because of it. Anywho, the host has resolved this issue by pushing up the maximum database size to 2gigs, which is fairly large and should resolve any further SQL downtime. So lets hope that nips that issue in the bud.
