Which viscosity of CA glue?

for those of you that used CA glue in place of Bondo for gap filling - did you use the medium or thick viscosity?

If you are gap filling thick is probably better.

 

Whenever I use CA glue for normal building I'm using medium. Mostly don't use it though, unless I need some instant bond.

If you're adding talc, use the thinner version but, ultimately it doesn't matter too much

I've use the CA method for filling on 7 different armor kits. 

 

I only use the extra thick CA because it has the best contro when filing.

Is the extra thick the same as the gel? Or is slightly more liquid-y?

The Gel control in some brands is as thick as they make it. It certainly gives you some breathing space before it locks, but if you are using talk with it, it is the same as using zip kicker, Bang and its set.
