We all love the big guy in black, but I always wondered if there were other reasons for him transforming into Darth Vader. Here are a few possibilities... This is to be taken tongue in cheek, folks...just too much time to kill this afternoon... 1. Wanted a cool voice like James Earl Jones.... 2. Owed money to Jabba the Hut, could re-finance through the Imperial Credit union... 3. Wanted to use The Force to prop up his Chrysler stock... 4. Charmed by Emperor Palpatine's seductive after shave... 5. To impress the babes... 6. To escape the taunting of overly dorky name... 7. Sick and tired of mentor Obi-Wan reciting lines from "Bridge Over the River Kwai"... 8. Generous Dark Lords of the Sith pension fund. Any other ideas? Have a great weekend, all... Quote
