Quadan[501st] Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 (edited) Here is a question for you tech guys. Military flight helmet mic. How do I convert it to civilian specs to be used with my Aker? Edited March 16, 2015 by Quadan Quote
toybiz[TK] Posted March 16, 2015 Report Posted March 16, 2015 Brand or any close up of the pin out connection? Please provide diameter of the male pins.Basically one of those pins will be the mic and the other earphone. They look like 1/8" mono which are common extension patch cords.Look at Radio Shack or www.monoprice.com Quote

Locitus[Admin] Posted March 18, 2015 Report Posted March 18, 2015 Judging by that it looks like one pin is the positive, and the other the negative. As simple as it gets. Quote
ukswrath[Staff] Posted March 20, 2015 Report Posted March 20, 2015 Without having the specific model number the only info I'm coming up with so far is these mics run off a 18-24VDC communication system. These will not work with the majority, if not all the systems available for our type of costuming. Quote
