Here is a question for you tech guys. Military flight helmet mic. How do I convert it to civilian specs to be used with my Aker?

Brand or any close up of the pin out connection?
Please provide diameter of the male pins.

Basically one of those pins will be the mic and the other earphone. ;)

They look like 1/8" mono which are common extension patch cords.

Look at Radio Shack or www.monoprice.com

Pics will come later tonight when I get home  but I was also told something just recently about frequency impedance matching..

Judging by that it looks like one pin is the positive, and the other the negative. As simple as it gets.

Without having the specific model number the only info I'm coming up with so far is these mics run off a 18-24VDC communication system. These will not work with the majority, if not all the systems available for our type of costuming.
