Quadan[TK]
Ok, My current waist is 40 inches without my armor. Is there a way to measure for a belt before my armor arrives or should I wait until it comes to measure with the armor on?
SCTrooper[TK]
Add 16 in to your waist size. 40 in waist/ 56 in belt. Edited February 11, 2015 by SCTrooper
gazmosis[501st]
Another way of doing it if you don't want a lot of overlap is to measure with your armor on. Start at the left side of the square raised area on the back of your kidney. Measure around you to the RIGHT, go past your starting point to the other edge of the ridge. This way your overlap will be hidden by your thermal detonator.
TK bondservnt[501st]
Lets start at your waist numbers if you measure your waist you need to include the WIDEST PART. we measure clothing so it conforms to our tightest measure... we don't measure armor that way. I am a 36" waist but a 42 stomach and ribs. my chest is 44" the belt is the last thing you want. do not buy your belt first. wait until you have your armor. he does not have the armor yet. read his post. a guess would be -Trooperbay should be a good source at 53" ask mike to make you one. I had to buy an extra belt because the "add 16 inches" thing didn't work for me.
