Kalidor
Hello, I just completed my TK build from TK Armor and was wondering if anyone that is over 6ft has had an issue with the calves being too short and having the boots slip out under the armor plate? Tolo[TK]
I don't have that problem, but, you can Troopermasters sells longer calves. Sent from my iPhone 6 using Tapatalk
Spycee[TK]
Even if you are a bit shorter the calves will be a problem with the boots :-) you must use some Velcro on the boots and in the calves to stop them to move.
87ninefiveone
I'm 6'2" and have the same issue. Calves are a solid 2-3 inches too short which makes for a lot of black around the knees issues with the boots not staying put under the calves. I did as spycee noted and put some Velcro on the front of the boots with a tab that sticks up and connects to the shin. This minimizes noise from Velcro when walking and seems to work okay but still tends to let the boots slip out when you do a lot of walking. Spycee[TK]
You can also add an elastic that goes under your feet and attached inside the calves. You feet will help to lower the calves.
