Ear gap space help

I sanded too much for my first try on the curve of ear.  About 1/8" gap space.  How to fix it?

 

Other ear from my 2nd try is fine.

Please post some pics of the ears attached or held up to your helmet, and we can have a better idea of what's going on.

You gave two choices: replacement or if the ears sits a little high, you could drop it and re mount it. The holes will be hidden under the ear

Many people have ear gaps. They are a real pain in the you-know-what. Comb through some of the EIB and even Centurion submission pics and you can compare what you have to what you see. Also. most of the ANH buckets had some serious gap issues.

But as was mentioned. Gaps are screen accurate to ANH. I have gaps on mine that I have embraced in their wonky-ness. I actually am not a fan of the perfect flush ear.
