Thanks! Also when cutting ab fro me lower part of ab/crotch how do u reassemble with elastic? Or Velcro?

Just asking.....are you doing this because you want to? I would use elastic either on snaps or since you are hiding this with the belt, you could ever use pop rivets and washers

Personally I would not cut that if you can avoid it. I've seen armor where they separate the cod from the ab and it just looks silly flopping around. Sitting is overrated.

Hmmmm ok but how about mobility is it harder?
