Trooperbays helmet liner is screen accurate to ANH, and works well! I have the chinstrap from trooperbay and it holds everything in place.

I hated the foam star and ended up tossing it in favor of some higher density foam kneepads that I cut up and glued in.

I made my own foam piece, there is a template on the forum, works great for me and also have to small blocks of foam on the sides to stop my lid from moving around. Just a tip glue on some velcro then you can just pull the peices out ant through them in the wash, my head gets pretty sweaty sometimes even with fans

Only thing I can recommend against is hard hat helmet liner, it takes up way too much room in most screen-derived sized buckets.
