TK-8461's ESB pipe build

I downloaded the template from the builders club and got a 4' piece of 1-1/4" pvc schedule 40 pipe.

Next was getting the resin parts. Instead of a Doopy Doos pipe build kit my father had some molds, so he made the parts for me.

Assembly started

I made a bolt out of some 1" pipe so it would fit nice and snug into the chamber

I fit a pin into the cocking lever for support. I also put extra support through the barrel into the clip and housing. The grip has two gripper screws for extra support also.

 

Here is the final assembly.

I went to lowes and got a 8' piece of humigrid ceiling tilr track and cut it down for t-track's.

Once I cut them down I just dipped the ends in boiling water so they would bend with ease.

A little straightening and sanding and they looked ok.

Apart from your D ring looking a bit too round you have done a great job. Bit hard to make out the details in the last few pic's, bit blurry but from what I can see looks good to me well done :duim:
