Can Anyone recommend a good neck 'seel'?

I cant decide in the direction I want to go, I mean yes, im going anh stunt, but I cant decide the seal.

I got a seal from Darman a while ago and it was too floppy for my taste. Since then I replaced it with a Veedox seal and it was worth every penny. Super comfortable too.
