bryan603
Just got around to finishing my Hasbro E-11 mod with the Doopydoos skin kit last night. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. Just thought I'd share a picture of it here.
ZeroRoom[TK]
Good work! The weathering looks great but maybe knock it down just a little bit?
bryan603
Good work! The weathering looks great but maybe knock it down just a little bit? Thanks. I definitely agree, after taking a step back and looking at it, it does seem a little much.
ZeroRoom[TK]
On the plus side it's very realistic weathering - it's great paint work

I'm not with the weathering on this piece! not that I wanna rock the boat er nothin! To each his own, right? What did you mean by me needing to look at a picture of a real Sterling? For reference? I was going for a more stylized (for lack of a better word) look with the weathering on this one. I plan on going for a much more "realistic" weathered look on one of the next kits I build. NastyNoah[TK]
Great job and I don't think the weathering is all that far over the top. It doesn't look like a Hasbro anymore and that was what you were going for..

Griffin-X[TK]
Good job and it's all about your taste and preference. It took me a few blasters to get a groove and form my "weathering style". If this is yours, cool.

I'm pretty new to the whole "prop building" and "toy modding" thing and I'm starting to get the hang of it. By the way, the toy pictures on your Tumblr are awesome. I do the same exact thing!
