Okay Troops, what do you use to keep your shins in place? I saw somewhere talk about velcro and strapping but I can't seem to locate the thread. Help a Trooper out (and many others with you ideas). :blink:

Mine stay in place via velcro. I put them on, velcro the back closed and they stay right where they are suppose to be. I don't have problems with moving up or down and I have very minimal rotation happen so no problems. I must have the perfect size calves. :)

I think the velcro method just attached velcro to the pull tabs on the boots and then you have a mating strip inside the calf piece. If you do it with elastic there will be some give for when you walk but the calf piece won't slide away.

Velcro works fine to close the clam shell yes

Screen accurate method looks similar to bra strap hook and eyes

 

To stop it spinning on your leg, foam works fine :)
