Looking good.

I used water cooling when marching at Star Wars Weekends this year. It consisted of a wet towel placed directly on top of my head. Worked pretty well.

Any idea of when the notification issue is going to be resolved?

Not bad. May have to buy some of those off you when I get rolling on my kit.
That bucket looks extremely creepy in those pics, btw.

I've seen that most bigger guys go with RT-Mod buckets.

Welcome to the forums and to the FLG! Good luck with your build.

Welcome! Love your work you've been doing. I was following it for a while on theRPF. Really exciting stuff.

Confirmed!
Vader's scream confirmed. http://artsbeat.blog...rn-of-the-jedi/
On Wednesday, a press representative for Lucasfilm confirmed that this change will be included in the Blu-ray release, writing in an e-mail: “Yes — Darth says NO.” -
Your CFO drop boxes are very close to original ANH boxes, so the TE style are way off length wise.

I wasn't referring to the threading on the screws. I was more referring to the actual size of them. I had to redo the ears on two of my buckets and when I had to put the screws back in it was a PITA because a few of them were too short.

Ok, thanks all! Good tip about taking the screws out first before cutting.
I wouldn't recommend doing that as once you cut the screws you might have a problem getting them back in. Just use a regular set of plier cutters to cut them. They're pretty small so you don't need a lot of force to get it done.

I always cut my screws down once everything is finished up. I also add a dab of hot glue to the ends of the screws because they're still sharp and WILL cut your nose.

I made a spring for my SRProps gun out of a coat hanger. I spun it around a pool cue i had until it had the right size. Came out pretty good.

Throw it on a mannequin and display that sucker.
I'm assuming you have standing room somewhere.

Nope it's there. Picture quality sucks because it's from my phone. I'll take another one...

Looking great Olga - you did a super job on adapting the armor to your frame.
You have no idea how difficult it was.
Great job Olga & Luis! Do we have a Centurion couple in the near future?

Oh, right, pics...

Thanks Mathias. Yeah, I just finished removing the last of the E6000 snaps that I felt like I needed to replace due to space. Several of them I'm just leaving and will put new tabs next to them. I labeled them "BAD" to try and help myself avoid unnecessary confusion down the road. Now I just need to wait for Tandy to send me more snaps.
You can find them on Ebay for lots cheaper. I bought 200 snaps for around 30 bucks.

I always use aluminum foil. I grab a piece and wrap it around a cylindrical object, like my salt shaker. Then I scrunch up the sides to make it a bit more solid and smaller. Spray in there and once you're done, throw it out.

We had a girl from Alabama come with one of these http://www.froggtoggs.com/?cooling/details/CP100 things and it was pretty awesome. Just add water and it stays cold the entire day.
