I got mine locally @ divers direct. I also ordered some compression gear off Eastbay. It was on sale for 40 bucks for a whole set. Same stuff as UA just not name brand.

I'm not a big fan of those under suits. I too bought one because everyone on here raved about them. Little did I know how hot that COTTON under suit is when you're wearing armor. I'd really only recommend wearing it in cooler climates or during winter. I no longer wear mine, nor will I ever. I just use it for a helmet bag. For now, I stick to my dive skin or underarmor.

Wow. Quite a difference! I need to jump on a set of boots asap. These look very nice. The one thing I wish they did was to get a closer matching elastic, but what can you do?

I've only ever used the tandy line 24 snaps. I get mine on ebay in hundred packs. I bought two hundred for less than thirty dollars last time. Solution to the long shank: HULK SMASH!

If the fingeprint is from heat, try reheating them and rubbing them down to remove the lines. I did that when i got a bunch of scratches on a set once.

I used that same foam when i was modding a Nerf gun into a Fifth Element gun. Be careful not to get it on anything you don't want ruined.

I keep any returns on my armor around 1/8 inch. Helps to minimize armor bite. There are certain areas though that it looks better a little larger. Use your best judgement. Also, remember you can always go back and trim away more if you feel it's necessary.

Very cool. Seems a little spendy, though, especially considering that Tito's vodka is considered one of the best around and it's around 25-30 bucks for a handle.

Any user can modify titles. You have to hit Edit, then click on Use Full Editor. Once you've done this you'll be able to change the title.

I fully agree with everything stated in the first post! Now, I just have to decide which version I'm going to make.
I spend sooooo much time looking at ANH and ESB that I never really had a chance to take a good look a ROTJ TK's.
The ears just seem to not protrude as far out as in the other films. Tha actual ear part that has the rank bars on it seems about as thin as a Ritz cracker.
They are super thin. See JoeR's post.
I thought this picture of the ear moulds might help to show how thin the original ones were trimmed.

I used that same one on my old FX. Just make sure you don't cut too much.Good luck!
