    so here are a couple pictures of the progress... i know biceps and forearms are missing... still working on them... and pic with vox cable hanging out is just because i havent done wireless kit yet...

    thats what a buddy in my garrison told me and your right it looks great... also i was told to use the "hook" side of velcro on the inner piece of armor not outwer because when you put them on and take them off if the hook side of velcro is facing your underarmor or whatever it will tear it up

    only in back for velcro... in front it butt jointed with abs strips

    yeah i noticed that its pretty bad... i got some appliance touch up paint i'm going to clean all that up with tonight...

    here are some pics of the build so far... haven't had a whole lot of time or energy to work on it... my wife's helmet is the the pink one still in progress

    you got me... lol.. i'm pretty much healed up... but now all my free time goes to cutting sanding and glueing my armor... except for the fact that my dremel died yesterday... uhhhh

    yes the red helmet is pink... but looks red in dark and orange in sunlight.... its weird... it is my wifes ATA... dont ask lol

    awesome thanks... poly acrylic gloss by minwax... i'll check it out... is it in a rattle can or no? i'll get some more pink coats on the bucket then get it sanded and prepped and get a hold of some of that...

    hovis and chin piece neon yellow. traps electric teal with black outlines like normal. frown probably the same teal

    still not done painting need to sand then paint and wet sand then clear coat... i just wanted to test fit trim and padding it looks orange in this light... weird...

    ok well i'm going to sand it next week then paint again with pink at closer distance then wet sand till its smooth and then hit it with clear

    what do you consider fine and super fine grit... i mean technically 150 is fine but you can get automotive in 1000 and maybe higher

    i think either chrome or mirroed pink or mirroed rainbow like TIE pilots... i'm gonna go online to a motorcycle helmet face shield website and let the wife pick... believe me i'll post pics lol
