Here's an old school question for you guys. (I did a search but only found canvas belt convos.) I'm waiting for my canvas belt yet I want to join the 501st and start trooping. The 2 ABS pieces that go around the back to make the belt are too long, did you guys just cut those so they overlap? How far should I overlap them? Maybe just far enough so they don't pass the TD? Again, this is just a temporary belt but I don't want to cut too much. Thanks!!!

Has anyone thought to put some kind of tap shoes on the bottom of their TK boots so they make that awesome *CLACK CLACK* sound like in the movies?

Just a heads up. I just purchased a bottle of Meltonian Nu-Life Color Preparer and found out that it's simply a bottle of Acetone. Not saying that I got ripped off but if you have Acetone available to you then just use that.

Hey guys, I didn't want to start a new thread so I'll put this here. I'm now on my 5th coat of the yellow boxed brand of leather dye and I've come to a realization. Every coat I put on is taking off the coat before and I'm getting no where. I'm thinking I need to go another route at this point. Has anyone tried using the Rustoleum brand spray paint on a pair of shoes? Seems like it would be the best way of handling the painting.

Newbie here so please put the paddles away. I just got some used FX armor and it is missing the "over the shoulder" straps (not velcro, the ABS pieces) and the hand/glove armor pieces. Can anyone point me in a direction to replace these pieces? Oh, and I need some spare parts to finish a resin blaster rifle, the standard model.
