  1. Afternoon. I am just encountering this error when accessing assembly mods. Any chance someone knows why I am restricted or how to gain access?
  2. I didn't pm you but posted on other order thread. Missing adjustable stock, lights, electronics and decails. Paid for kit and all options. Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  3. Who then is responsible for my missing parts that were promised to be shipped out immediately weeks ago? Do I really need to file a PayPal claim on 2 accounts? Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
  4. I turned in my neckseal over a month ago because it came apart at the zipper and all the rubber was sticking out. Was told there was replacements but they were all bad too. Now there is no ETA. :-(
  5. These look great! Thanks for review.
  6. YES! Both of us here. At least on one side. That is because even though our best efforts to put the back plate on like a shirt, you still have to bend and warp the shoulder around the deltoids. What I believe caused major strain was the rubber gaskets because it took more to move the ABS around it.
  7. OH! I found that using the Clear 3M Dual Lock Velcro combined with industrial made a really secure connection. Is that going to come off with the new alt. gaskets you were thinking of getting?
  8. Trooping this event daily in the TFA was an amazing and painful experience. It required a LOT of hotel room breaks to modify. In that respect, the rubber was the biggest limitation both in length and mobility. Clint, I had used Zap to put the Velcro on the gaskets and it worked amazing; prevented the knee caps from rotating around and popping out at the joints. I finally ended up making a garter system to hold the knee gaskets from slipping down with the weight of the entire extremities only attached to the belt. I did leave the extremity parts all assemble together as you did and slipped everything on in sections, i.e. arms and legs. I suffered most at the wrists. The plastic dug in around the inside with the gasket weight and restriction. I fixed this at home when I had more foam. At the SWA I had to use rolled socks. LOL. I was plagued by gasket dandruff everywhere! It came out from the armpits, elbows and knees. Lastly, and another limitation of the back plate shoulder gasket combo, was the cracking that occurred at the shoulder bell area. One literally has to bend the back plate around the arms/chest/shoulder to get it into place and that places a lot of stress on the glue and bondo. Likewise one of my boxes also cracked at seam from the clamshell design and stress of getting in and out.
  9. That's awesome. Clint is awesome! I think he kept us all sane during the build process but it was his words of wisdom that define him and what we do as a legion. LOVE IT!
  10. "It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it," said my father holding the entire collection of Vintage Marvel Comics spanning #1-#30. He paid between 10-20 cents each. They are "worth" nothing sitting in a box in his basement. Not that the seller was trying to screw anyone over in the legion ; I know the circumstances and they are not good for those who were quick to judge. ANOVOS is no different. They publicly announced that they are selling this for around $4000 complete. Anyway, Anovos originally "estimated" that the TFA kit would be $1500-1800. I paid $1900 for JUST the kit and still don't think it was worth that in plastic. My wife doesn't think ANY of IT was worth my money, time and aggravation. Now IT stands on a mannequin in my office and I can smell the toxic fumes across the room! But I LOVE IT! I believe there is a lack of patience here just because there are only 75 - AT THE MOMENT. Any time now there will be a legion full of these and not just through ANOVOS. I already see 2 sites offering TFA boots and Wyatt with new gaskets. There goes another $200! And we haven't even seen the side arm or blaster yet.
  11. I have used them in every trooping event with my brother. In a motorola walkie. The VOX isnt that great but PTT works good.
  12. I know exactly how you feel! I dont like it when people dont respond to me either.
  13. Forgot to Ask Jesse, when do you anticipate shipment?
  14. I had looked at the same one! That is a lot of negative and neutral feedback that seems to be hidden. I had a hard time years back with someone similar in the RPF. Hope it works out.
  15. That is just wrong! I had an issue a LONG time ago on the RPG with someone and the Blaster mods. Wont get into it here. Anyway, tried these tips to get teh Skullworxs feedbackminimized, but its negligible. Kind of frustrating since it has been like that the whole time. My brother has one and has no issues. Could be the circuit, I have no idea. Anyway, looking into the ROM/FX Pro setup now.
  16. I need to ask what a TCI Amp is and how to hook it up. I was searching forums and found this solution to an issue I was having with my setup. Had it for 6 years, and just turned it down to avoid the FB. Thanks for your tip on the foam and tape over the boom mic. However, I am unclear on what a TCI am is in place of Skullworx version, or how to hook it up. Do you have more info? Thanks, George
