When I purchased mine, I got a confirmation email and in that - they sent the guide for how I should measure! This was in 2022: Many thanks for your Stormtrooper commission order. I will require all your exact measurements via the size chart attached please, along with a couple of additional sizes, Height, Waist, the size it says on your jeans label, Measured Waist size around your belly button T-shirt size, Neck size, Please send your sizes back to this email address [email protected] The lead time will be approximately 12 weeks. Along with the two images that Glen showed!

Hello Alex! Welcome to the forum! The RS armor is a solid choice, and whilst we cannot say that it is a 501st approved armor, your chances are very high depending on your height and weight! How tall are you and what do you weigh? I'm 182cm tall and weigh around 94kg, and my RS armor fits me perfectly (also helps that you send in your measurements to them when ordering the armor), but for the higher levels of approval such as Expert Infantry and Centurion, I've had to make some adjustments. A friend who is 164cm was too short to be a Stormtrooper and couldn't do a purchase from RS!

You don't need to print a new detonator? Only push and bend down the metal brackets so that it doesn't sit rotated as high up as it does now, if you'd bend it down, we'd see more of the O detail from the back!

Wonderful armor! I think it looks great! The brow trim could be shortened a teeny tiny bit I think!
