What he said. And it's fiber glass, which won't make you happy. You'd want ABS or PVC.

Dann bist du ja kein blutiger Anfänger! Die Techniken zum Bearbeiten sind fast die gleichen. Also spachteln, schleifen, grundieren,etc Rechne mit einigen Luftbläschen und Gussgraten. Ich empfehle Autospachtelmasse (von Presto; ebenfalls vom Baumarkt) (Füllspachtel für grosse Löcher, Feinspachtel für's Finish) Das ist fast das gleiche, was unsere amerikanischen Freunde als "Bondo" bezeichnen. Viel Spass beim Bauen und mach jede Menge Fotos! Wir hier stehen auf Fotos!

Resin ist fast unverwüstlich. Meine Empfehlung: Ist es das erste mal, dass du Resin bearbeitest?

Normaler Sekundenkleber hält ganz gut. Zum Bemalen mattschwarz und Grundierung (aus dem Baumarkt), aus der Sprühdose. Silber und bronze für Akzente und Patinierung.

With most armors you can't sit. The ABS isn't flexible enough. Exceptions are TM super flex und RS PVC.

Ich würde trotzdem Gummihandschuhe empfehlen; sind einfach authentischer. Mit Unterhandschuhen aus Baumwolle schwitzt man auch nicht so wirklich.

IIRC, the origianls were spray painted (with a lot mof runs/noses). When the paint flaked, the were repainted with a brush with visible brush marks.
