  10. I’m actually taking it easy for right now. Work has me quite busy !!! I’m still IMPROVING my armor [emoji817] satisfaction. I’m finishing my lenses. Then I need to work on improving my thighs, then my shoulder bridges. I finally finished my Husky and I am 95% satisfied with the outcome. We are going to our 1st of many hospital troops tomorrow !   12. I then decided to keep my Husky drawer so I had to move everything 3” to the left in order for the lid could close. I left the right side empty on purpose: 1). So my lid can close. 2). I want to start putting pix of my troops, or decorative Star Wars stickers...

  15. I secure my E-11 with the double sided Velcro. I think it looks AWESOME ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  16. I screwed the main panel to the top of my HUSKY lid with the red screws. I also aligned my blaster holders . What I also installed was the length of 10” double sided Velcro to hold my E-11. I did that on each side. [emoji846] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I then moved on to spray painting the main panel red I left it for like 2 hours outside in the Texas sun to COMPLETELY dry !!! (Please note I had to “ball park” by eyesight what I wanted my lid to have and make room for it ) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I then spray painted the 9/16 hexagon screws red & my 1” aluminum TD & E-11 holders black (I had left over aluminum from making my TD clips ). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Let’s start with the lid now.... I went to Lowe’s an got a 2’x4’ piece of paneling for like $6 a good investment to use as the lid panel . I cut and measured..... and cut to length ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  22. I then get 1” foam and cut it 31”x16” ( for the bottom piece ) I cut felt piece 2” lager on each side = 35”x20”. I wrap it on the foam with the red felt, but manage to pin it only. You can glue it or Velcro it... I will just keep it pinned for now. EASY ACCESS for WASHING... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I could have just SUPER GLUED the silver snap to the wall of the bin, but I decided to glue it to spare abs piece, that way the abs has MORE SURFACE to be attached to the wall = better SECUREMENT OF SNAP.... I did this 18 evenly spaced times. 6 on the sides (2xs) & 3 on the edges (2xs) around the inside of my bin.. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
