Maybe you will get lucky and make it work the first time. Just remember, there is gaps around the ears so don't stress about getting them totally flush to the helmet. Sent from my VS880PP using Tapatalk -

I feel that the worst part of a bucket build is the ears..... I messed my left ear up but did a satisfying job on the right. Had to reorder a replacement set. Sent from my VS880PP using Tapatalk -
They may be the last thing seen, but if you know what trooper boots look like, everyone always checks to see if they are screen accurate. Sent from my VS880PP using Tapatalk

Welcome first time caller. Good to have New callers. It is definitely a challenge and can be overwhelming at times, but I am looking to the biggest reward at the end which is the smiles and stories that people will get from seeing me all decked out in my Sandtrooper armor like I just time warped off of the set of A New Hope. New Builder and My Plans

No matter how tempting it may be, avoid the cheaper priced armor makers. Mainly I am speaking of ones on EBay. I bought one myself because it was easier to convince my wife and so far it is a pain because one, the armor is recast or stolen from an actual armor maker and two, there are no cut or trim lines already on the armor. This is the biggest pain because you have to judge by eye and hope you are trimming it to spec. Either way, take your time and enjoy the build. The overall experience is what counts.
