Ok. So here's where we're at. The ESB Firm rubber E-11 Blaster. We've scaled the parts as best we can to the images. We're adjusting the parts on the other side because they are too cramped. Part of the problem is that they used a lot of resin cast blasters in ESB and the shrinkage was insane. There's a ton of distortion and warping on those blasters so we'll just do our best to make them as accurate as possible. These will be built over top of what is our E-11 Elite version. We will make a shorter magazine as well.

Ok. Thank you. That answers my questions. There is a lot of variation in this particular blaster.

Yes. I have those photos. I guess my question is "What are the requirements for an acceptable ESB blaster?" 1. The outer most step on the barrel tip is sanded flush. 2. The greebles on the left side of the blaster 3. The greebles on the right side of the blaster 4. The rear greeble on top of the scope rail 5. The front greeble (casette player button) on the top of the scope rail 6. The rear cap has the oblong ring and ring mount sanded flush. 7. Magazine is pushed all the way in?

I've started collecting and making the parts required for the ESB E-11 Blaster. I'm hoping that y'all can help me figure out if I've got something wrong in the information that I've collected. I purchased the cassette recorder and carefully destroyed it to get the button. The other parts, I've painstakingly 3D modeled to perfection. I have an M-19 and M32 scope. 1. This picture shows a small t-track rail on the row with the bayonet mount. Is that accurate? 2. This does not have a hole in the front shown, is that accurate? (seems dumb)

@gmrhodes13 yeah. I'll ask but I haven't trooped in a long time. I injured my back on a troop in 2005 or 2006 due to being tackled by another trooper who thought it would be funny and injured my lower back. After a year, I was able to stand up straight but I've never been the same since. I can't lift or stand for long periods, etc. Totally sucks.

That's ridiculous. I just trooped 15 years ago.

Someone asked me why I stopped trooping. I didn't really. I got and help the locals out here in Louisiana with their events. I just don't get into armor anymore. I injured my back in 2009 while trooping Comic Con because a fellow 501st member thought it would be funny to tackle me. One year later, I was able to stand up straight again. I've never been able to do too much since then. It's a shame. I still have my Sandtrooper armor and a Jango in the works. I'm going to see if I can go an event or two if only even for a short time. I've been making rubber blasters for 501st since 2003 back when nobody would buy them because they thought they were soft like nerf. I had my armor in 2003 but I applied for my 501st id a few years later. Long ago, I used to have an old website called sci-fire.com where I created a blaster type called hyperfirm.

Thank you. Yeah, it's not that I don't want to share them, it's that we just are not able to do so. Most of my stuff is boring anyway. It's just prop stuff reference pictures and concept art

I mean... I can't really share any behind the scene photos or anything like that. Unfortunately...not that i have them. That would violate my NDA for sure. I wish I could.

Thank you. Yeah. Facebook had us locked out of the page due to restricted items. We kept telling them that it's cosplay but I think someone was flagging us. Etsy was a similar problem. There's a guy on Facebook that I know who recast us, unfortunately. That's a bummer. I showed him how to make blasters, asked him to make sure he makes his own masters and then he ended up recasting us.
