Armor has arrived

This thread has been a great help, thanks for all the pics! Just one question. Does the metal plate which attaches the yoke to the shoulder bells also serve to reinforce the yoke itself? I would think it does, but you also did the reinforcement with plastic. In just fitting my yoke and chest piece, it's already starting to develop a crack in it...just after one fitting Not sure if I should go for the metal plate, or a simpler reinforcement.

Just got my KB kit this week, too. I'm in the same boat...my first build, not sure where to begin but this thread has helped already Also, you guys mentioned ukswrath's build thread as a reference. Having a hard time locating it...anyone have a link?

Got my boots and new gloves yesterday! I now have everything except the armor itself and gaskets, which I'm working on obtaining. Have a long way to go, but it's starting to feel real now.

Bought it from a fellow garrison member. Not sure where he got it. He bought it from someone. I think we've got someone who made 3D printer files and shared them. The design matches from what Ive seen

So, I've started a TFA trooper build. I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I'm really looking forward to it. I've collected some of the minor pieces (boots, gloves, undersuit, neckpiece, helmet, balaclava), but have not acquired the armor yet. I'm working on that. I also got a Rifle kit that I put together to get myself warmed up. If anyone wants to provide feedback on the rifle, I'm open to it. It's not a perfect build, so hopefully I didn't do anything irreversable. (sorry if the pics are large)

That stripe on the TD holder doesn't so much look "black" to me, but rather a long, skinny slit cut into the holder, showing the black of the TD underneath (that's how the Disney park photos look to me as well)

I'm blown away by the work you put into this helmet. If I didn't already have the Anovos one, I'd hit you up for details. I'm not ready to buy a replacement at this point. Cheers!

Anyone know if these boots work with FO TK suits?
