2. Wow that's a great price. Do you still have their contact details? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
3. Even better. Can I ask how much it was? [emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
4. Hi guys has anyone heard of or used this site for weapons etc
http://www.procoprint3d.com/#!star-wars-props/cqdjs

Looks pretty good and prices not bad.
5. Will defiantly get some then [emoji1303] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
6. Lol. Does it look shinier? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
7. Any more luck polishing your armour up ? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
8. ------------ How about modding one of these. I'm sure it could be fairly easy. I have one in my car and it's pretty small. Remove the casing and I'm sure there's not much inside. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
9. I might mod the attachments to poppers eventually and get rid of the Velcro. But that won't be for a while. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
10. Thighs are a bit loose for me I can get my arm in the as well as my leg. I'm only 5 foot 8 so I might have to take a bit of the length of the thigh too. It fits fine as it is but just tweaking it to be a bit better. Will probably glue the thighs and arm sections shut. Don't need the Velcro as I can just slide then on. 11. Same here. Got the SDS battle spec. Changed the belt and detonator clips. And it's great. Having 2 kids I would have never found the time to build my own and I'm far too impatient to wait anyway. I'm slowly adjusting the armour to fit a bit better, like trimming the thighs etc. It was a good all round package if you ask me and whatever people say it has provenance. 12. Seems to be a lot of quality control issues with the anovos though. Luck of the draw to get a perfect one. Plus I'll get stung with a customs bill as they're using FedEx. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
13. I'm looking for a TFA helmet that's fairly accurate and a sensible price. The anovos looks good but there are no shots of the interior. What would you guys recommend? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
14. Biker scout looks nice. Shame he hasn't got any listed at the moment [emoji17] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
15. Looks OK to me price is about spot on when compared to others. I wouldn't mind a fibreglass hero for my shelf. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
16. The one on the right looks a lot glossier [emoji1303] will have to get some ordered. Did you get it from eBay? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
17. Cool. I've seen people use that for other armour but they never said if it was glossy to start with. Hopefully it will work. Sent from my UniverseTap using Tapatalk
18. I currently have a set of SDS battle spec armour. As you may or may not know its is and with a satin finish. Is there anyway to get the finish more glossy by polishing it with something?
Would car polish give it a shinier finish? I don't want to spray paint it.
I already know the arguments about SDS armour so please don't start flaming, the armour is good for my purposes.
Thanks
19. Try using plastidip spray paints. It's a rubberised paint that you can later peel off. People spray whole cars with the stuff. You can put a gloss top coat on too. Look on YouTube for videos and the paint can be picked up on eBay for about £14 a can. Not sure if they do pink though
20. What is the best size of snap fastener to use?
