  1. Have you checked with RT-Mod for decals maybe they might have them and save you a few bucks on exchange rate?
  2. Shiver me timbers - that is a cruddy situation
  3. Whatever makes you happy - that's what matters... "Fillet" [emoji23]
  4. Aww heck the link ain't workin' Colt Ford - Crank it up Enjoy and happy Friday y'all
  5. Oober thanks mate - I didn't get time last night to install the Velcro after the hot tub but it only took me 5 min to prep it and I can secure tonight while I'm wrapping up my helmet. I'm thinking it's either going to be Saturday or Sunday that I submit my request for approval (dang painting and E-6000 cure time lol)
  6. Did the exact same thing bud [emoji23] I know you're frustrated with it at the moment so take a breather mate. You're aiming for Centurion though and from what I understand you have much better skills at painting than I so why not show off your talents so old Pyrates here can be jealous. Push the limits my friend and don't give your ability boundaries - I support whatever decision you make, however I'm also going nudge when you're selling yourself short of your potential.
  7. You asked for experienced troopers lass. I bring a case of water, beer, munchies, and extra materials for future recruits - last party I donated a box of carpenter pencils and 10 bottles of Acetone for making paste. Oh and a bulk box of Jollyrancher candy
  8. Morning brother - check out the Trooperbay video on Decals. I had the same problem and didn't have decal spray (which you can make on your own - spray bottle full of water with just a couple drops of dish soap) or you can be lazy like me and just order some from TB. I screwed mine up and that's why I'm painting - hopefully tonight is the last night. Gremlins happen my friend, don't beat yourself up [emoji106][emoji6]
  9. Lol and your timing couldn't have been better [emoji23]
  10. Just want to share my shin opening seams - really happy with the results. Working on Velcro as we speak
  11. Mark, totally recruit to vetted armorer, I love my TK. Your product it beautiful from details to color. While it has been a challenge to learn to fit/size a larger trooper from lack of experience I have absolutely no complaints about getting AP and would buy again from you in a heartbeat. From a constructive buyers opinion the only thing that I could recommend is that you offer a Hero bucket, AP hero ears, and to really blow the roof bubble lenses as well as just a bit more abs for cover strips/ botches. (And maybe a Shadow Trooper lol) Your molds are deadly and I would be lying if I told you that there hasn't been a moment with each piece where I just stop and look at it's quality. Bucket off to you my friend and keep up the stellar work[emoji106]
  12. I know - I love those racing shirts that Joseph just announced however today marked the end of my purchases till next year (with the exception of a few badges) when I have paid off what I owe. So my fans, audio, sound, DLT-19, and personalization TK stuff will have to wait which is fine by me - It's those smiles I'm most looking forward to. My son has requested a Star Wars birthday party this year so I'm going to try and get a few of the garrison mates involved to see if I can to really blow his mind. He keeps telling me that no one at his Daycare believes his Daddy is going to be a Stormtrooper - can't wait to see those faces either when I go to pick him up (sinister laugh)
  13. Nothing but elbows and.... rear ends sir![emoji106][emoji38]
  14. High quality zipper that extends 2" outside of the shin at the ankle (like a tent door zipper) and gets tucked back inside with Velcro (so it doesn't come out during a troop) to make zipper connection last longer and easier to hook up[emoji106][emoji6] and CA glue for sure Jason.
  15. Yay Trooper tote! Gave it a good wash of all that HD dust and have moved on to painting again - thank goodness for cue tips and paint thinner to clean up my lines/edges. High in site I should have gotten a garrison mate to paint it for me.
  16. Very humbling Dan - thank-you (Fist bump)
  17. Thanks Tony, I haven't given up on it and figured out where I went wrong - but I will save that for another thread. You will see it again I assure [emoji106][emoji6]
  18. Going to pick up my Husky Box "Trooper Tote" today[emoji38]
  19. That and the echoing words of my Garrison at the set building party - "Git your armor done!"
  20. Zipper effort worked but only for 3 zips so had to implement back-up plan. Page 55 - Post #1090 Since then I have figured out how to solve that problem but I want basic approval - fun with experiments can come later as I've spent too much time on them. It's crunch time as I leave in a couple of weeks and com expo at the end of April.
